Tiger Enclosure
The Challenge
Design and construct a reinforced steel enclosure capable of safely housing large predatory animals while meeting strict zoo regulations and aesthetic requirements.
The Solution
We custom-engineered a high-strength structural steel system that balanced safety, durability, and visual openness.
The Result
The project delivered a secure, visually clean, and long-lasting tiger enclosure — completed on time and with zero safety incidents.
High-Security Habitat Requirements
The Challenge
The zoo needed a steel enclosure strong enough to withstand the force and behavior of full-grown tigers while still providing clear sightlines for guests. The structure also had to meet stringent safety codes and integrate seamlessly with the natural habitat and site limitations. The challenge was achieving maximum durability and security without creating a visual barrier between guests and the animal environment.
Precision Engineering & Custom Fabrication
The Solution
Our team developed detailed 3D models to ensure every structural connection met both load requirements and zoo safety standards. We fabricated custom steel members, welded reinforced panels, and used specialty coatings to protect the steel from outdoor wear and animal interaction. Throughout installation, we coordinated closely with the zoo to minimize disruption and ensure the enclosure blended with the natural habitat design.
Stronger, Safer, and Built to Last
The Result
The finished enclosure exceeded safety regulations and provided a durable long-term habitat with low maintenance requirements. Clear lines of sight improved guest viewing while maintaining the highest level of animal security. The zoo now has a structurally sound exhibit that enhances both visitor experience and operational confidence.
